A comparison of the efficacy of pulsed magnetic therapy (20 Hz5 mTwith two other commonly used treatment methods  iontophoresis and phonophoresisThis comparison was carried out on a group of 55 patients.

In addition to the examination of the effects of pulsed magnetic therapy, some studies also compare its therapeutic benefits with other procedures used in physiotherapy, for example the iontophoresis and phonophoresis.

Given the widespread of usually intense regular pain among patients suffering with tennis elbow, this study intentionally compared the effectiveness of different available therapies to possibly determine the most appropriate therapeutic approachStudy group consisted of 55 patients.

All of the applied therapeutic methodsincluding pulsed magnetic therapy, showed very high efficiency with significant pain-relieving effects. Differences among treatment methods were statistically insignificant.
